Five training locations, coaches with Estonian national team background and groups from age five. The first two sessions are free — come and see if it is a good fit.
Why taekwondo
Olympic taekwondo is movement education: alongside technique it builds discipline and confidence. Injuries are rare — we also teach how not to hurt your training partner.
Balance, flexibility and motor skills from the first session. Speed and strength come later.
Clear structure, steady routine and rules a child can understand. The belt system gives a visible goal.
Every new technique and belt is a small victory. Self-defence skills come along naturally.
Those who want more can join the competition group — World and European Championships and international tournaments.
